Darren Petrucci

Educated as both an architect and urban designer at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, Darren is a Professor in The Design School at Arizona State University, and a Senior Sustainability Scientist in the Global institute of Sustainability, as well as an affiliate faculty in The School of the Future of Innovation in Society. This unique background and expertise in architecture, urban design, the science of sustainability, technology, and materials informs the design practice of A-I-R producing cutting-edge, intelligent, and beautiful designs for its clients.

Joe Pritchard

Director

Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Design, Master of Urban Design, and Master of Architecture from Arizona State University, where he also taught undergraduate and graduate architecture studios. He has experience working in Spain and Serbia and is a registered architect in Arizona. His love of drawing and film widens the intellectual range of the design team.

Yanela Nuñez Ventura

Designer, Project Manager

Originally from the Dominican Republic, she received her Bachelor of Architecture from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico, where she gained experience working in residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces. She moved to Arizona to pursue her Master of Architecture degree at Arizona State University and become part of the A-I-R team. She brings advanced technical, spatial, and aesthetic sensibilities to the design team.

Rafael González Brochero

Designer, Project Manager

Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science in Design, a Master of Architecture, and a Minor in Interior Design History from Arizona State University, where he developed skills in various typologies. Beyond academics, he has gained experience through internships in diverse settings, from Kigali, Rwanda, to Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West. He is a story-driven designer with acute visual perception and expertise in digital visualization.

Daniel Medina Nuñez

Originally from Queretaro, Mexico, he received his bachelor's of architecture from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. (ITESM) in Mexico, He completed a diploma taught by the University of Barcelona on urban planning and public spaces, He is focused on the graphic and technical design of plans and 3D models for the construction documents in the office.
