A 5-star restaurant, bar, and gym are located at the ground level along the vast pool that spans the length of the property. Behind the residences is a 65-room hotel with angled views of the ocean and distant views of the mountains. The entire building is clad in Blue Travertine, creating a carved monolithic cavernous surface that becomes part of the shoreline. This minimalist approach allows the building to become background, reducing distraction and amplifying the site's natural beauty.
